NOA FASHION STORE CANCELLATION POLICY

At NOA Fashion Store, we are committed to delivering a seamless and joyful shopping experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we’re here to help. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully to understand how and when you can cancel your order.

1. CANCELLATION ELIGIBILITY

Timeframe: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been processed for shipment.
Non-Cancellable Orders:
- Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
- Custom or personalized products are non-cancellable once the design or production process has begun.

2. HOW TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION

To request a cancellation, please email our Customer Care team with the subject: "Order Cancellation Request".

Include the following:

Full Name
Order Number
Reason for Cancellation

We will confirm your request and inform you whether the order is still eligible for cancellation.

3. REFUND PROCESS FOR CANCELED ORDERS

Refund Method: Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
Processing Time: Refunds usually appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Non-Refundable Fees:
- If your cancellation request is received after the shipping label is created, any associated shipping fees may be non-refundable.

4. ORDER MODIFICATIONS

If you wish to change an item, size, or shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
Please note: Once an order is processed, modifications are no longer guaranteed.

5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@noafashionstore.com.
Include your order number and photos of the issue.
If approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

6. EXCEPTIONS

Pre-Orders: Cancellable only within 48 hours of purchase. After that, cancellations may not be accepted due to production timelines.
Sale Items: Orders placed using discount codes or during sales may be non-cancellable, depending on the promotion's terms.
