NOA FASHION STORE – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At NOA Fashion Store, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right. Please review the following policy to understand your rights regarding returns, refunds, and order cancellations.


1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

  • All tags, original packaging, and any included accessories or gifts must be returned

  • A return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Note: Due to hygiene standards, certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Earrings and personal-wear accessories

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care products (e.g., skincare, makeup)


2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. Email us at info@noafashionstore.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and the reason.

  2. If approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

  3. Package your item(s) securely, include the RA number, and ship to the address provided.


3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. NOA Fashion Store is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

  • We do not accept international returns at this time.


4. PROCESSING & REFUNDS

  • Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your package.

  • Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank, it may take 3–5 additional business days for the credit to appear.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


5. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you need a different size, color, or product, please place a new order and return the original item following this policy.


6. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@noafashionstore.com

  • Include your order number and photos of the item

  • If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs) at no extra charge


7. CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After that window, your order may already be processed and shipped. In that case, you’ll need to follow the standard return process.
