1. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday), after payment confirmation. Processing time may be longer during high-volume periods such as holidays or promotional events.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order, and another email with tracking information once the order has shipped.

  • Exceptions: Custom or pre-order items may require additional processing time, which will be clearly stated on the product page.


2. SHIPPING OPTIONS & DELIVERY TIMES

We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

Domestic Shipping (USA):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (EST) will be delivered the next business day.

P.O. Boxes / APO/FPO:
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery times may vary based on location.


3. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.


4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.


5. DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

  • Delays: If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact us at info@noafashionstore.com and we will assist you.

  • Lost Packages: If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund after verification.


6. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • Restricted Destinations: We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

  • Hazardous Materials: Some products (e.g., perfumes, aerosols) may only be eligible for ground shipping due to shipping regulations.


7. ADDRESS CHANGES & ORDER MODIFICATIONS

  • Address Changes: Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to request any address change. We cannot guarantee updates after processing begins.

  • Order Changes: Email us as soon as possible at info@noafashionstore.com for any order modifications. We will do our best to assist you.


8. RETURNS & SHIPPING FEES

  • For return instructions, please visit our Return Policy.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


9. HOLIDAY SHIPPING

  • During peak holiday seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended due to higher volume. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
