1. PROCESSING TIME

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) after payment confirmation. Processing time may extend during peak holiday seasons or promotions.

Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details. Once processed, we’ll send you a shipment confirmation with tracking information.

Exceptions: Custom orders or pre-orders may have longer processing times, which will be noted on the product page.

2. SHIPPING OPTIONS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Only the destinations and services displayed at checkout are available for your order. Delivery times are estimates after order processing, not guaranteed delivery dates. Expedited or overnight service is not offered unless it is explicitly available at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (within the U.S.)

Standard Shipping: Estimated transit time is 3-4 business days.
Economy Shipping: Estimated transit time is 5-8 business days.

International Shipping

Delivery times vary by location and are typically 7-21 business days. Note that customs processing may extend delivery time.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses using USPS. Delivery times may vary based on location.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Domestic Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, delivery location, and chosen shipping method.

Free Shipping: We offer free Economy shipping on domestic orders of $50 or more. Eligibility is calculated at checkout.

International Shipping Rates: Shipping fees for international orders will be calculated at checkout and vary based on destination and weight.

Duties and Taxes: For international orders, customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply. These fees are not covered by NOA Fashion Store and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.

Domestic Orders: Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after shipment.

International Orders: Tracking availability varies by country and may take longer to update.

5. DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

Domestic Delays: If a shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@noafashionstore.com. We will assist in tracking your order.

International Delays: Due to customs processing, international orders may experience additional delays. If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days, contact us for assistance.

Lost Packages: If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will provide a replacement or refund, subject to review.

6. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Prohibited Locations: We currently do not ship to certain restricted countries. At checkout, you will be notified if your location is unavailable.

Hazardous Materials: Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to their nature (e.g., perfumes, aerosols). These items are only eligible for ground shipping and may be restricted to the U.S.

7. ADDRESS CHANGES AND ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order is processed, we cannot guarantee address changes.

8. RETURNS AND SHIPPING COSTS

If you wish to return an item, please review our Return Policy for complete instructions. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

During holiday seasons, processing and delivery times may extend due to high order volumes. We recommend placing orders early to ensure on-time delivery.
